We diagnose, repair and maintain most aspects of your RV (plumbing, electrical, rubber roof, refrigerators, water heaters, furnaces, ranges, awnings, hydraulics, air conditioners, washer and dryer, satellite systems, etc.)

The Service Call is a convenience fee that is applied when a request is made to service, repair, troubleshoot, or diagnose an item or issue concerning an RV. Up to 10 items can be covered under the Service Call if all items were presented during the initial visit.

Upto One Hour Travel Time from Parachute is $100. From one hour to one and a half hours, travel time is $150, and from one and a half hours to two hours is $200. See Our Service Area Map and Town List Here. 

The Service Call will be charged on the initial visit. If more visits are required to complete the same repair, no additional Service Call will be charged. If a repair is needed and was not a part of the original visit, an additional Service Call may be charged.

A Service Call is charged to each customer even if we are in the same RV park or area. Exceptions will be made to customers with multiple units registered in their names.

The Service Call is not applied to any labor that is performed to service a customer RV.

The Service Call is not applied to any deductible the customer pays to execute an Extended Warranty claim.

All pricing below does not include the Service Call and should be considered when selecting a service.

There is a thirty-minute minimum charge for our first visit ($77.50).

The labor rate starts once we arrive at your location and the work begins. The labor rate is based on a standard flat-rate per task based on an industry-standard guide and not by time spent on the task.

If an appliance item is not working as designed, we can perform a complete diagnostic on that unit to locate the root cause.  Below are prices for the most frequently requested appliance diagnostic.

• Air Condition – $155 (roof mount)
• Furnace – $102.00 – $125 ($232.50) if the unit has to be removed and bench tested to diagnose)
• Range – $77.50
• Oven – $77.50
• Refrigerator – $120.00 – $155
• Water Heater – $77.50($155 w/rear controls)

Recommended annually to prevent bearing and brake failure.  Parts & materials included. The prices listed below do not include bearing and brake replacement.  Call for disc brakes repack quote.

• $250.00 (Single axle)
• $ 400 (Tandem axle)
• $ 540.00 (Triple axle)

Bearings are basic components that keep your wheels turning and prevent friction from causing harm to your vehicle. Properly greased bearings dissipate heat, alleviate the friction and weight on your wheels, and enable smooth motion over thousands of miles.

But that grease eventually breaks down or dries up — and does so faster in dry or dirty conditions — so it’s necessary to repack your bearings at least once a year. Listed below are the step we take to repack your bearings:

* Clean all the grease from the axle assembly and inspect for damage

* Clean hub assembly, inner & outer bearings

* Inspect bearings for damage, friction wear & freedom of movement

* Inspect brake linings for wear

*Upon completion of the inspection, the customer will be given a list of items that passed and/or failed inspection. To know what component failed on an appliance/system or what it would take to have the unit working properly, troubleshooting will be required to determine the root cause, which is not covered within the inspection. Troubleshooting will cost $125 per hr, which will be prorated for every quarter hour ($31.25 for every 15 mins).
